This was an out-of-state purchase, which could have been stressful, but Tyler made everything incredibly smooth and straightforward. He was responsive, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled before I arrived. From coordinating paperwork to answering all my questions, he made the process easy and actually enjoyable. There were some early communication issues working with Amber that almost made me look elsewhere, but once I connected with Tyler, everything completely turned around. He took ownership and delivered a top-tier experience. If you run into similar issues early on, I’d recommend asking to work with someone else. The car was exactly as described, ready to go, and even the small details were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Tyler and Wilde Toyota to anyone and would gladly work with them again in the future.
