Dealer responded promptly and was very pleasant unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in had already had a deposit on but he said he would keep me informed of the status of the vehicle changed and if it became available again. I have no doubt that if I was to work with them to purchase a vehicle my experience would be nothing less than great.

For a car that is almost 40,000 dollors it so dirty on the inside from last owner and was missing some of the features it was sopposed to come with. The sales Manger was nice but the sales kid new nothing about anything I asked him about.

Happy with car. Delivery was not organized I even put the plates on myself this is a Mercedes Dealer. I felt like I went to McDonalds that had all new employees. They could not find the floor mats They copied my License & forgot to give back to me so they mailed it. NO comparison to other Mercedes dealers I have dealt with in the past.

the person i spoke with was horrible! he didn't really want to look anything up for me, and even after i told him i was driving, he told me i could go online and look up the carfax. i had to ask him AGAIN to please tell me if there are any accidents on the car before he looked at it. I was very turned off by his customer service. I am still very interested in the car, but if I take a ride down there, i will definitely NOT work with that salesman

Pleasant people, great cars. I purchase a 2014 Mini base (excellent power, really great mileage, still on first tank but getting 43 mpg mostly on highway driving). The Mini people would bargain a little bit because it was the end of the month and because new 2015 models are coming out soon. But I am very happy with the purchase and the experience.

Ivory was amazing!! You have not experienced customer service until you by a Mercedes from Ivory! Not only that, when I purchased my car everyone in the dealership came to shake my hand and congratulate me. What an amazing company. I will definitely continue to purchase my cars from International Autos.

Polite, informative, helpful, without being pushy.

I had been corresponding with the dealer about a car and expressed my interest in wanting to test drive it. The person who I was working with confirmed with me on Wednesday morning that he was going to be at the dealer that day, so we set up a time for me to come in that very afternoon. He even stated "I will have the car up front and all heated up and ready to go for you." When I arrived at the dealer at my scheduled time, the person who I had been corresponding with was not there and neither was the car. It had been sold the night before!! Needless to say I was quite irritated that both myself and my husband wasted our time going there. The person at the dealer who was there when we arrived, conveniently had a list of other cars that were somewhat similar to what I had originally gone to the dealer for. Its all one big scam, they get you in the door and offer you other cars to buy than the one you were actually interested in. Will never go back again!! Interestingly enough the car is STILL listed on the CarGurus site, but now listed at another dealer for a higher price!!!

This dealer has been trying to help me and have consistently been sending me emails and calling though they personal didn't have what I was looking for. Very Friendly

asked the dealer multiple times for vehicles car reports/service records, they would not email or let me have them. Finally received the records before signing paperwork for vehicle; pressuring to sign and after looked at paperwork noticed that the vehicle was in 2 accidents.
