Dealer has poor communication and does not get back with requests. We were told multiple times that someone would reach out or send info within the hour with no communication unless we reached back out seeing where info was. We had been pre-approved through our own bank with the request of a buyers order to finalize the loan. It took the dealer almost 36 hours to provide the buyers order, due to the delay we found another car from a different dealer. I would not recommend this dealer if you are looking for a simple quick sale.
