The dealer originally emailed me right away asking if I had any questions. I asked for a picture of the undercarriage and never heard back from them. I live about two hours away from them and it’s a 17 year old vehicle so I didn’t think that was asking too much since I’m a serious buyer. I sent 2 emails after the initial one they sent me and they left me high and dry. They also increased the listing by like $700.

This was the most horrible car buying experience EVER. We drove over an hour and a half from NW Indiana, only to be scammed by this dealership. First, we chose to finance through the online portal, and everything was exactly as the website stated. Our money down with an apr of 12.24%. However, after we test drove the Tucson, Prime Rides Auto Haus WOULD NOT accept their deal and terms. The sales woman tried to first shake us down for $5000 down payment, then dropped to $2000 @ $550/mo. for 54 months. When site approved us for $500 down @ $300/mo for 72 months. When we showed them our online approval & financing, they started tap dancing. Then the manager LIED and said the site does not do Hard Credit Pulls. Its bad enough that the hood and front bumper of the Tucson looks like they used silver fingernail polish instead of WHITE touch-up paint for the scratches. We immediately left, and filed a formal complaint with Customer Service. BEWARE.
