My initial contact with the dealership was a bit rocky to say the least. I was thinking, "yup, the reviews were right". However, after receiving an automated text and replying with my dissatisfaction, I was almost IMMEDIATELY contacted again. There was an obvious miscommunication on the first contact. The second round was GREAT. They were really close on my offer, and I ultimately purchased the vehicle. I cannot say enough about how nice they were upon arriving at the dealership. Transaction was smooth and everything was exactly as we had talked about. Yes, you will get the "Foundation package" on your vehicle. There is fine print stating that it isn't an option. Yes, it's pricey, HOWEVER, they made up for it in other areas and they overall bottom line number was perfect. Honestly, I don't really care how they itemize everything above the final number. Xavier and Jesus were FANTASTIC to work with. Give them a shot, and even a second chance. We're all human!
