Ridiculous experience. When I called the dealership expecting the deal car guru said I could get they laughed at me and said no way that car os cash only. Waste of. tilme. I need a car asap an no one will finance me. I am working and can pay a payment. Unforgivable to give false hope.

I was supposed to be able to just go in and sign papers and pick up the car. They tried to sell it to me at the original price, not the marked down price I had agreed to. They said they could do the deal with no money down but made me pay $500 down. I should have walked out at that point. Played the game of having to go ask the manager and taking so long that of course I just wanted to get out of there. The car had more problems than just some small physical damage. For instance, the steering wheel when pulled out and raised up would not go back to the original down and pushed in position. Then when I got home and really looked at the paperwork, they tacked on gap insurance and tire service care without even asking or taking to me about it!!!! Look at the breakdown really good if you decide to buy anything from these people!

Went over all the details with me and the car was in great condition.

Jennifer Garza was very attentive and helpful with all of our questions prior to visiting the dealership. Once we were there, the test drive and financing went smoothly. We have never been in and out of a car dealership in under 2 hours when making a purchase! They were very respectful of our time and the vehicle has been great!
