Inquired about the Glb250 they had for sale. Was given the info requested.

The online contact who coordinated between online requests and the store totally dropped the ball. The individual Who I will not name but who's name starts like the alphabet would respond and say they were looking into it. They responded saying the vehicle was there then never responding after. I then got an email from the dealership of someone saying that it was being processed. I then got a message form the online person saying the car is still available and they would get back to me with answers to my questions. Then After hearing nothing I clicked on the message to check if its available again and the same online person said yes its avaiable and would get back to me to setup. I after hearing nothing once again decided to call the dealership where I got Paul. Paul rocked and was extremely polite and helpful clarifying the car was purchased. I explained my experience and he said it was not acceptable. Still a week later the car is online and the coordinater still checks.
