I had a great experience at Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. They got back to me right away with details about the car and to schedule and appointment to check it out with a test drive. The car was on the lot but it wasn't in running condition. Did not get to a point to discuss the purchasing of another vehicle. I went on a Saturday and it was way too busy for my liking. I would return at another time if a vehicle I'm interested in becomes available.

After days of trying to reach them I finally got to speak to someone and was planing on coming down to look at the car, I called to confirm that I was coming in and they then tell me “oh the car was sold”. Communication level is very poor and misleading, I can only imagine if I did purchase the car what type of obstacles I would have to go through with them.
