The car was listed on their own website, Cargurus, and Truecar websites. I assumed it was therefore still available. The off site assistant said it was available and invited me for an in-person look. Turns out that it had been sold and the off site sales assistant was not informed. They need an inventory update so that everyone has accurate info within the company, then check their external listing. The listing on CarGurus was taken down but the TRUECAR listing is still up. Multiple reach-out communication with the off site sales assistant to consider another car from their lot was done. All very courteous and pleasant. Simple oversight mistake - caught before I made the 2 hr drive down - no harm done.

Worked with Andrew L, from initial contact to coming in to pick up the vehicle everything was seamless. Transparent pricing, worked with us for financing and was kind and patient throughout the interaction. Everything was explained in full and a transparent process, the manager Jason was extremely helpful and ensured we understood what we were getting ourselves into especially as new parents. Lastly Paul in finance was a pleasure to work with, helped us understand our package with the warranty and things to look out for. I would recommend Jack Daniel’s Kia!

Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. The appointment was confirmed twice via text that evening, and at 12 noon on the day of the appointment. Drove a hour to the dealership only to be told the car was sold the night before… “But we have others…” at which point we stood up and walked out. Never got a call back from management when we complained. Don’t bother with them.

Iggi was exceptionally helpful, he explained everything during each step of the buying process, going beyond our expectations. He was very friendly & personable making my husband & I feel at ease & comfortable with our decision. The car was clean & ready when we arrived. Everyone was friendly & courteous, and I would recommend this dealership.
