I bought the car but it only had one key. I'm waiting for the additional key to be delivered.

This dealership provided the best service possible. I had the pleasure of dealing with Suzy Arutyunyan who came in on her day off to assist us. We got into our new car in no time! Everyone there was very kind and helpful.

When I went in to see the 2016 Ford Flex it had a lot of scratches and dents on the outside and then test drive it made a ticking sound in the rear end so you can tell it had some rear end damage at first that she said they would fix anything if there was something wrong with the car and after I told her about the sound I was told it was as is. So that was a red flag, passed on the purchase

I was disappointed with this location. I reached out as soon as I seen this vehicle listed. I was told that vehicle wasnt ready yet but as soon as it was available I'd be notified. I reached out to ask if we could just go ahead with the credit apps and I was told sure but didnt hear anything after that. Today I recieved a message letting me know the vehicle was pretty much sold but if deal doesnt go through I'd be notified. That was not the original conversation.

Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim answered all my questions and provided great information about the vehicle I inquired about.
