Terrible Buying Experience. Don't waste your time. They offer you about 4k or more less than what your trade in is worth, the salespeople are rude and try to push you into buying what they want you to buy rather than trying to do what they can to get you the vehicle you want to buy so they can get a higher commission and that commission is all they care about and it shows from the moment you walk in the door. If you are buying a less expensive vehicle they treat you like it. They pull your credit before even let you test driving anything. It was almost like they didn't want me to buy the vehicle. I've bought many vehicles from dealerships big and small all over the US and this is by far the worst experience even looking at vehicles I've ever had. Never been treated like such a second class citizen for wanting to buy a less expensive vehicle before.

I connected via email and phone. I visited the lot 2/3/24, met with Mohamed and I believe her name was Rebecca who was very pleasant and attentive. She acknowledged me and my son on site and allowed the test drive of the 2007 Mazda CX-7 Grand Touring AWD. The exterior and interior were in good condition; but, when used the right signal, the entire dash lit up and blinked at the same time as the signal. The steering wheel buttons that included the horn, cruise control, volume, and info-sources to the computerized system did not operate at all. I stopped at a local mechanic who checked it out and advised there's an electrical issue(s) that could have costly repairs and possible unknown dangers if not resolved. When addressed this concern to Mohamed with a video, he disregarded it to say nothing was wrong, the turn signals are supposed to do that as he bought it like that and took the keys parked the car and left us standing there. She apologized for him; said he was having a bad day.

Excellent response and follow-up. Vehicle sold.
