I live an hour away from E.A.F and I didn’t want to waste my time. so I did the same thing you’re doing, which is reading the reviews and looking them up all over the internet… I called and “scheduled an appointment” to see the car, I did this to see if they were punctual with time and to see if the car would be ready for display (it was). My wife liked the car, it drove and handled great. We proceeded in buying it. I now see why everyone gives them 5 stars! I’ve bought cars from high end brand dealerships and Bruce and AJ customer service surpasses them. They treated my wife and I like family. They explained the whole process upfront with no pressure to buy(huge difference compared to a big brand dealership who just want your money). The car I bought for my wife passed MD safety inspection as is. They are selling good cars to the public and I will do business with them again. Great prices, cars, and customer service! This dealership is untrustworthy and willing to get a sale by any means necessary. I contacted the dealership about a car and was told it would be available to me on my arranged date set over the phone. The morning of I get a email not even a call to let me know they allowed someone else to put down a deposit. I can see if they brought it I wouldn’t be as upset. I told them I was coming to purchase

Drove two hours to look at the car called them three time to make sure that the car was okay and still available they told me it had no lights on the dash and everything was fine and working when we got there half of the interior did not work in the car and the dash and other parts had holes drilled into it and then it had a check engine light on the dash and a battery light on the dash then when checking the fluids the oil smelled like gasoline and had to much oil poured in the engine. The guy said it was fine and nothing about the car was fine most shady dealership I’ve ever been to do not buy a car from them
