They sold the car I was interested in but they were very nice and were very pleasant to interact with if they get another rx350 in my price range would definitely give it another go

It took 6 1/2 hours to buy a car in cash. Their methods are right out of the 70s. They don’t really respect their customers. Their sales experience is archaic. The poor disempowered sales person had to run back and forth to the manger for permission to do anything like a child running to Daddy. Schomp is the poster child for why people HATE dealerships. In the end they just don’t care. I will recommend people steer clear of them.

Contacted about a vehicle that was listed for 63% over dealer book value. They said the price listed is firm. I understand that they need to make money too, but that is just ridiculous.
