Because I live over an hour away, the salesman, Brandon, went out in the sweltering humidity and recorded a video tour of the car for me. Front, rear, sides, underneath, and interior all smoothly and slowly so that I got a clear indication of the condition of the car. No pressure sale tactics, no trying to deceive me into making the trip, just straight up forthright honesty. I ended up not buying the car, and rather than expressing annoyance Brandon pleasantly assured me that if they come across another one I’ll be contacted immediately and I believe him.
