Lack of personnel in Sales = poor customer service. Was told twice on different dates the land rover I wanted was sold. Finally came in to the store and test drove the vehicle. Car was advertised as Certified pre-owned but they wouldn't honor their own website. Wouldn't offer the vehicle as certified and was told to go shop elsewhere for extended warranty. Sad that they have a good selection of vehicles in the area, but they seem to cater to a top tier clientele. Would only finance with their own banks/ wouldn't use other financing institutions(which I didn't have a problem with), minimum $20k for financing. Not a good dealership for used Land Rover or any used vehicle for that matter. Visited in January 2024.

Kevin from dealership contacted me and invited me to their dealership for a test drive. He was very professional and never pressured me purchase this vehicle. Rather he suggested that if I like the vehicle then he would help me to purchase this vehicle. After negotiating the price I have purchased the truck from them. Sales manager was friendlier and corrected an error on the invoice and finance manager helped finding me a lower rates of interest %. I am very pleased with their service.

02/17/2024 I acquired a Range Rover Sport cash from the Land Rover Glen Cove dealership, completing the transaction smoothly with Sales Manager David Garcia being the sole positive aspect of my experience. Despite assurances during the sale that I would receive my registration and title within two weeks, over four weeks have passed with no progress. The temporary tag has expired, and I have not been provided with a new one. Contacting the designated individual, Courtney revealed a lack of familiarity with car registration procedures in NJ, blaming a paperwork delay from the bank holding the lien on the car. Despite attempts to escalate the issue, including speaking with the General Manager, who suggested driving with expired tag and Cops will not stop me over expired TAG, the dealership has provided no solution other than waiting!Frustrated by the negative responses and lack of action, As of 03/27/2024 dealership took 40+ days to flip the title on my name
