The salesman was nice but the used car sales manager raised the asking price and was rude and difficult to deal with. the salesman was able to get the manager to agree to sell me the car at the original asking price (before they raised it $2,000) but when I called back to trying buying the car later the sales manager was very arrogant and rude and stood at this increased price. The worst part was that the sales manager was such an unpleasant person to deal with. I don't have any respect for rude and unpleasant people in the service and sales industry, especially for a sales manager level person. I will not do business with these arrogant and rude sales people. Stay away from this dealership.

This person has never visited our dealership. He called from across the country on a advertised vehicle. He made an offer on a vehicle, but refused to leave a deposit when it was offered to him. The vehicle was no longer available when he decided to make a purchase. No one treated this person poorly, he simply did not get what he wanted.

I made an offer and it was accepted and then rescinded. Sales person and sales manager said "sorry", but told me that the owner could wholesale the car for the price and they were not selling the car... Sales person DID follow up with a call to again apologize. NOT a positive experience.

showing up unannounced the sales man saw me spying on the lot and asked if I needed assistance, I inquired about the jaguar and five minutes later I was test driving the vehicle. Two days later after some counter offers we came to a mutual agreement of the price of the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle at their site. Two days later after the paper work was completed they detailed this car, registered the car and drove this car eighty miles to my residents, nothing but a positive experience.

Extremely helpful and informative. Great customer service. The dealership was about to close, and the salesman remained afterwards to give us all necessary information. Upon expressing interest in the car, they responded to me right away. They have a wide selection of vehicles.

I have absolutely no complaints at all!!! The dealership had been very nice to me. The purchase is being held up by a legal settlement that I am supposed to receive, but the wheels of justice move slowly. I like the vehicle a lot! I am just being held up by this settlement.

When buying used car... when it's more than a new one, with the same options, it's a no brainer. Offered me a very low price for my car and said they had "competitive prices." If I wanted to spend 40k for a jeep... I'll buy a new one..

Most uninspired sales experience ever. Salesman is slow to respond, responds with one-line emails, general and inaccurate description of vehicle I was interested in. Any information I was after felt like I was pulling teeth.

dealer, did e-mail me back--but stated price's are as mark,----car was a good buy at price mark--- but to get a great buy----dealer has to work with you on the price they are asking----been buy cars for 50 years now,---never did pay asking price----there are are about another 600.00 added to the price mark, in other fees--- above the tax's you pay----still its a good starting point---just have to find a dealer that will work with you on the price---

the worst dealership you can ever find is land rover Milford ,CT.the sales team and the manager makes you regret ever visited their store most especially when you are color. Their professionalism is zero.
