Kia dealerships near me (Staten Island, NY)

I have worked with a lot of dealerships to buy a lot of different cars and have had some bad experiences, but let me tell you this one has been by far the worst. The entire car buying experience was terrible, and when I finally got the car it looked like they had run a dirty rag over all of the surfaces including the glass, and the I got ten miles down the road onto the parkway and my tire pressure light came on - all four tires were at least 10psi under what they should be. In addition, they refuse to put my plates and registration in the mail even though I live over an hour away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. There are far better dealers that will actually treat you like a human being, and make sure your car not only clean, but SAFE TO DRIVE before sending you down the road.

I received a callback from a sales representative . I stated that I was interested in the seltos sx turbo. She stated the car was available an she would have it pulled out for me to view and test drive. Arrive at the dealership and they stated that she was not in yet. They give me another salesman who promptly showed me a lower model of the car. When I stated that wasn't the same car. He along with a manger go look for the car. Come back 2 minutes later and stated the car was previously sold and they did not know why it was still on the web site, which it is still on today four later. I get up and said to my wife let's go. As I leave the manger comes out and tries to give me a lower model to look at. I don't like having my time wasted. They knew the car wasn't available and could have called and stated such. Instead they play games to get you into the dealership. Simple bait and switch.

Their practices and/or tactics will certainly have to change. While in the middle of negotiating for a used car, another salesmen stepped in and requested the keys to do a test drive for another potential buyer. How does one expect to close a deal while the vehicle in question is being driven by another individual? Highly inappropriate, total lack of etiquette. I wish them the best.
