Kia dealerships near me (Elgin, IL)

The listing for the vehicle claimed it had no accidents, but when we saw it, it had extensive damage. We wasted gas driving to that location for nothing.

although we didn't buy this Jeep, Bruce with Kia was very friendly and helpful. not saying we won't buy it....but still looking at other options.

This dealership contacted me immediately and I was able to schedule an appointment. They called me the day of to inform me that the car was still available and that they would be waiting for me at the appointed time. Upon arrival they were able to meet with me immediately and everything went very smooth. They had the car ready and parked out front to go on an immediate test drive. They took my car keys to evaluate my trade in during the same time. When we got back they had pricing for my trade in as well as all the taxes and fees ready. The entire process was smooth. To Pushy salesman for me to buy a vehicle from them. Call me 7 times in 2 days about buying this vehicle to even come out to look at it. Also emailed me 3 times.

Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.

I saw from a website this vehicle was available. I was highly interested in the vehicle so I went ahead and made a progressive step by submitting an application. I called them a day before I showed up in person. I was told by a finance person that I had gotten an approval. I mentioned that vehicle and they told me I would be able to put zero down explaining my entire situation upon arriving to the dealership, the vehicle was there as the man stated the day before. I test drove the car and I loved the car and was very interested. I said at the sales person’s desk and waited, feeling excited about actually finding something I liked that was newer with a cheaper price and low miles just to be swindled into another deal with an older car more miles and more expensive I was told there was a woman driving from six hours away, who already finalized on the car which wasn’t fair because I was told the vehicle was available and they even allowed me to drive it around.
