did not buy car but staff was very helpful

I contacted the dealership and set an appointment. When I got the dealership the car wasn't ready, it wasn't even on the lot. After waiting for some time, they finally brought the vehicle around but it wasn't drivable because the battery had died. I feel that this should have been addressed before my appointment. I didn't go back to this dealership as I wasn't provided with good customer service on the first visit.

I absolutely love my new car. I drove 3hrs away to get my new car. The guys at hayes chrysler dodge jeep of badlwin where absolutely great to work with joel is a good person and great sales man I would highly recommend him and hayes for anyone getting their new vehicle.
