Very frustrating experience with Atlanta Car Cruiser. I submitted inquiries through both CarGurus and their website about a vehicle I was interested in, but no one contacted me. I eventually called and spoke with Ahmed and Vernon. They were polite initially and seemed willing to help, but after that, communication became difficult and they eventually stopped responding. I asked for a straightforward out-the-door price, but instead was presented with “free shipping” where I would supposedly have to pay cash upon delivery. After seeing other reviews from customers describing issues getting their money refunded, I was not comfortable with that arrangement. The communication issues were also concerning and seem to be a recurring theme in other reviews. Overall, the experience felt like the typical frustrating, high-pressure used car dealership experience. I would not recommend Atlanta Car Cruiser and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I wanted this car. My friend that lives in Atlanta went to test drive the car for me. The car drove well but the paint job was horrible. They end up selling to a auction.

I purchased an Audi A6 from this dealer and they are amazing! They really worked with me on what I wanted and truly cared for me as a customer. I told them my budget and they did everything they could to make it happen for me. Typically when I go to a dealership I feel pressured to buy a car and often times I feel like they are scamming me with all the fees they create, however this place is the complete opposite! They have no hidden fees and really care about customer experience. If I need a car in the future I will come here because they always have a great selection! Their customer service is amazing. I will be back. 10/10 Thank you.

My inquiry was online and ad was misleading. When I inquired directly to the dealer, the only response was, "This car is for cash only." Why not have that in the ad? Why not mention other cars that can be financed. No followup at all. Worse response gotten so far from other dealers who invited me to visit their dealership and look at other cars. This one sounded like a "fly by night," dealership. Not interested in any kind of dealing with them.

I had a greaat experience. Everyone at Global Auto Gallery was professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were transparent on the dealing and answered all my questions without hesitation. The best part, inspection showed the car was in great condition and exactly as described. It has been 30 days since my purchase and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.
