Salesman sold me a warranty that was unavailable, then did absolutely nothing to help right the situation. No timely call back, no apology, no offer to reimburse for the cost of the repair (which would have been covered under the warranty I selected). I'm really disappointed and urge you to look elsewhere. It's not worth the lack of service you'll receive after the sale.

Great customer service from Tom, John and Brandon! My daughter in college just bought her first car here (a beautiful Nissan Xterra) and it was a very good experience for her and I. They have good selection of pre-owned vehicles and they have them priced fairly. I highly recommend Town Square Motors!!!

I bought a Vechicle from them, & the next day the engine light turn on & there's a weird noise coming from the front. Now I have to wait until my extended warranty takes in place!

Tom sent me an email in responce to my questions. I met with him, very nice man, test drove then did a over all check of the vehicle and bought it. It was in very good condition and seem well taken care of. Also had a car fax report. Very pleased with the experience.

I was contacted very quickly after my initial inquiry. I was very upfront and told the first gentleman I spoke with that the car I would be trading was using an excessive amount of oil and I did not expect to receive full market value on trade. He thanked me for my honesty. I spoke with two different people and both were extremely courteous. One of the gentlemen even offered to come in on a day they were closed ( Sunday) and show me the car. Upon learning I would be traveling two hours to see the vehicle,Tom I believe his name was, looked the car over while talking to me on the phone to be sure I knew what to expect when I arrived. He informed me of some minor paint blemishes on the exterior that may not have shown in the online pics. I specifically asked if there was any damage to the leather interior other than a small crack on the front center console that was visible in the pics. He said no and that the car appeared to have been very well taken care of. If a hole in the carpet of driverside floorboard, a chunk about the size of a half dollar that appeared to have been bitten out of interior of back driverside door and a smaller but corresponding hole on opposite back door, completely ripped off storage compartment from back of front passenger seat, missing cup holder, and third row seats that appeared to have had the leather clawed through on top backside of them is your idea of a car that has been well taken care of then this is the place for you! When I pointed this out he responded by saying, "Oh, I didn't see that." In all fairness, there may have been vehicles on this lot that were truly in good shape and did appear to have been well cared for. Unfortunately, those were not the vehicles I drove two hours to see. I chose to take the high road and while holding back tears and naughty words, my kids and I actually looked the car over again and pretended to consider this car just out of some insane sense of politeness. I then went into the office where Tom was waiting , thanked him for coming in on his day off, and told him this just wasn't the vehicle for us. We got into our car and hightailed it back to South Carolina...after adding more oil of course!!!
