I talk with a sales person to get pre approved, was told the car was still available and we could do most of the paper work by phone. As we negotiated the details of the sale, she stated she would need to get approval from her boss, return to the phone and said the car had sold as we were working out the details. Then offered to sell me several other cars that were available. I declined as that was the car I wanted. The car is now listed on Cargurus with a price drop by the same dealership. The car is also listed on their web page. I feel that I was mislead, and the dealership was dishonest.

Beautiful showroom with cafe that does not outshine the very kind courteous staff, we were very pleased. Ryan Ross our sales associate was helpful and attentive both before and after he made the sale. He made a point of paying prompt attention always. Up until close the night before I was to come in the car was still on the lot and ready for me to drive. The next morning I got up, fought traffic for two (2) hours to have the salesman tell me he emailed me that morning, not call me, but email me while I was driving down to see the the vehicle. His attitude was piss poor as if oh well hate for you. No apology no nothing, lucky my wife was there. I will never shop there again!!!!!!

Didn't call ahead and the internet sales rep wasn't there. First they couldn't find the used Audi Q5. Luckily I head the VIN. They found it and said it would take 10 min to bring it from the warehouse. We left nearly an hour later and never saw the actual car. I realize this was a Saturday and they were busy...but pretty disappointing service.

"Professional and Great Service!!!" Robert was great!!! He explained everything about the car and worked with us on getting a good deal. He also had the appraisal of my old car started promptly. Travis was my sales rep,and I must say he did a FANTASTIC job .I had my dog Elvis with me and we came by on a saturday and it was very busy.He had the car I was there to look at ready for me and let me and Elvis go for test drive.I loved the car and made an offer.It took a while because of how busy it was.While we waited I was treated to chick-fil-a sandwich (which I shared with Elvis) and watched the GA game in the break room.NICE...We could not get the numbers to work and I was told we would have to wait until monday.Travis called me early monday and told me we were good.I drove back to the dealership on monday and picked up my new car.Well done!!!!I

First, Sean told me that the car in which I was interested was not available and tried to make a deal on a higher priced car. After explaining I wasn't interested, we ended the call. Then about an hour later, Sean called back to let me know (surprise) the car I called about originally was back on the table (the other deal fell through). We discussed an "out the door" price and if he could get that for me, then we had a deal. He sent me the quote, it did not meet my price, I understood there was nothing he could do-so no deal. The service at Audi Atlanta has been terrible. Company is dishonest we purchased a vehicle that had mechanical issues the first night we drove off Audi lot. Every since then Audi has been giving us the run around on fixing the issue they knew was wrong before they sold us the SUV. Sending us to unprofessional bootleg mechanics who we feel are been paid to not resolve the issue.At this point I wouldn't recommend my enemy to Audi Atlanta Peachtree Rd.

They sent me a message stating that they would send me photos...well no pictures and then they said they couldn't locate the car! I guess this place doesn't have their stuff together.

Unfortunately, the price listed was a $10,000 mistake made by human error.  According to the vehicle log, this mistake was made on 3/2 at 4.02pm.  After numerous leads came in due to the price seeming “too good to be true”, we realized the mistake and the price was immediately corrected on 3/3 at 3:33 pm.  This was prior to anyone purchasing the vehicle at the wrong price.  The vehicle has since sold at the correct listed price.  We deeply regret the unintentional mistake.  If we can help you in the future, we will certainly do all we can to get you into the right car for the right

Received a call the morning I visited confirming the car was there. Upon arrival, I waited 30+ minutes for a sales associate to tell the car had been sold. Okay, things happen, but a call would have been nice. Then, the sales associate said they had another car just a year older and asked if I would be interested in seeing it. Since it took me an hour and half to get there, I figured why not. The sales associate said he would have it pulled around...20+ minutes later it finally made around front. By this I was just ready to go. On a positive note, the receptionist was very friendly and in my opinion the hardest working person there. She was doing her best to greet people as they came in, connect customers with sales associates, and following up to make sure people were not forgotten.

Upon reviewing this file, there are 17 emails in which the salesperson answered every question and provided every document and detail requested.  The salesperson even stated that this was a rare car, and there were only 7 like it in the country.  All of these communications happened over a 48 hour period.  There were several request to wrap the deal up, however, we were approximately $9000 apart on the price.  During this time, another salesperson sold the car.  I dispute that communication was slow based on the facts.  I am open to discuss and would be eager to help you find another car.  Sin

To far away from where I live [6 hour round trip]- so unless I could get a really good deal was not going to see and drive car - I ask for tread depth of tires and brand of tires - never advised - only that a multi-inspection was performed and all was ok!!!

I ended up buying the car from them-- I worked with Johnathan Parker and John Sergeant, and they were both very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. I came from Florida to pick up the car, and it was a very easy transaction process. There were no high pressure sales techniques. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the service from Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta.

Awesome experience at the Audi Dealership. One stop shopping with the right vehicle. I was in and out in under 2 hours, with a follow up the next week to take care of some paint touch-ups. Nothing like driving a new car at a used car price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I asked this dealer to email me only rather than call me. Not only did they call, they had a CSR-type call, that could do nothing. She called twice. They also had a salesperson call twice. My email of interest was clear. You tell me best price; I'll come in if it's low enough. So bothered me at work 4x and price was just ok.

An incredible experience! We purchased this car from out of state for our daughter. My parents were driving from FL to KY and stopped to pick it up for us. They only had a couple of days to FedEX paperwork to sign, money was wired the car was in perfect condition, sitting and ready to go the moment my parents arrived. My father could not stopped talking about what a great experience he had with the staff, and particularly Johnathan Parker. The car is here although not quite as clean! And have had a blast driving it around getting it cleaned and ready for her big surprise! Thank you so much for making this happen!!!

I was the one who brought the ad in for a new used car to Jim Ellis, I was the one who test drove the car, I was the one who gave my information for a credit check; but it was my husband that the manager and salesman gave their business card to, after we could not come to an agreement about a new used car. Disappointed in negotiations and was over 2k over the Fair deal Price.... result is they had the car over 100 days when I started talking and guess what they still have it 43 days later... bought the same car, color interior and options at another dealership shipped to my door for 2500 less. Would not recommend,

We were seriously considering a Q7 and the salesperson even talked us into the more expensive model until the price she quoted to upgrade ($5000) turned out to be $3000 more. Know your inventory and what you can sell it for before setting the customer's expectations. We wasted time and energy looking at a car that was not in our price range after being explicit about what we wanted to spend.

If you want great assistance, a wealth of knowledge and no pressure sales talk to Gunter Reichert. He drove the car out to my office for a test drive and kept in constant communication. As for the car - AMAZING!! Picking it up this week and my wife will be the happiest woman in the world. I am so happy that I worked with Gunter and I definately plan on seeing him again - Audi is all I will buy.
