I will never be able to write a review amazing enough to describe our experience with Azra with Gwinnet Car Care. That woman is an angel. My husband totaled our vehicle about a month ago. Life has a funny way of shaking things up lol we were 3 months away from paying off this vehicle and had decided about a month prior to take about a year off from car payments and save for a car. Well that rainy, Thursday afternoon changed those plans quick. The insurance claim went great and fast. We received our check and started car shopping. It was weeks of the worst customer service. I was feeling really deflated. I was told "it's tax season and now is not the time to negotiate" by an actual car salesman. Then I reached out about yet another vehicle and that is when I met Azra, who I explained our situation to.
