Hyundai dealerships near me (West Chester, PA)

This dealer invited me to come test drive a vehicle, knowing I did not live in the state. I drove almost 2 hours one way to be told once I got there that they do not offer out of state financing. Overall a very bad experience. If you do not live in PA don’t waste your time. They also did not have the vehicle I wanted to test drive and were attempting to upsell before I was told they could not help me at all.

I talked to a lady on the phone to inquire about the vehicle and she confirmed the price was what was listed on CarGurus- $32,385. I asked if there was negotiation room or if the price was set. She said that there was room to negotiate. I thought great and packed up my baby. When I arrive there I come to find out the car is nearly $3k more because they said that price online is a promotional price that only applies to people that meet three specific criteria’s. So now the car is $35k (way too high for the market) and they offer to evaluate my trade in. I agree and when they return they say that my trade in is only worth what’s left from my payoff price. I had visited 5 prior dealership before them and all of them gave me at least $1k in credit towards the new purchase. The dealership seems poorly managed. I would caution anyone that intends on visiting this dealership to approach with caution and if possible, just go to another dealership. There are others on the same street!
