Hyundai dealerships near me (Vernon Rockville, CT)

I had inquired about a 2021 used car with 35k miles for around $22k, told them my price range and when I got to the dealership they showed me 2 brand new cars in the $30k plus range before showing me the car I had asked about. They didn’t show me any other used cars. Just because I can afford it, does not mean I want to spend that much money on a car. I felt like they were trying to pressure me into buying a more expensive car by $10-15k because I had a sizable down payment. The sales rep was nice, but I didn’t like how I was being pressured into a car that was significantly above what I was looking for. The sad part was I probably would have purchased one of their used models if they had bothered to show me any of them but never did.

Worst experience I have ever had! Complete disrespect for me. I really wish I could remember everyone's name. When we were finally greeted he introduced himself as the manager he was very unwelcoming and didn't have a genuine bone his body. I was speaking with Ashanti who then said I should ask for Cristin then I got another text to ask for Justin. The manager greeted us and asked an employee standing there if he was busy he sai no and proceeded to what I thought was help us. I was very specific what vehicle I wanted to see from the start of my communication with this dealership. I had a feeling based on the questions that something was not right. I drove over an hour for this specific vehicle. To then be told it was sold 2 days earlier. I was beside myself. If they had been honest from the beginning I might have still taken the ride. I was also looking at a Tuscon. I am a Director of Sales and would NEVER mislead a potential customer to get them in the door and then do what they did!
