The team at AutoNation Hyundai were incredible. Their straight forward and transparent pricing process took away any of the stress I may have had when making the decision to purchase my vehicle. Both my sales agent Roger and the CFS director Nef were professional, super informative, and made me feel as though they always had my best intentions in mind throughout every interaction. Roger did an incredible job showcasing my car, explaining the features, and the benefits and disadvantages of the vehicle. This empowered me to know I was making the right decision. The CFS Director, Ne, f was very straight forward and transparent with the different pricing options, and helped get me a lower rate through the lender that was lowered than my credit union offered. At all points, everything felt very transparent, smooth, and very informative. Both Roger and Nef have gained my trust. I will definitely be recommending the team there and AutoNation to my friends and they will be the first place

Easily the worst dealer experience I have ever had in my life, if there is a vehicle you want at another dealership for more money please do yourself the favor and spend the money. First time I scheduled a test drive I was 20 minutes in from my hour drive before I was called and informed the car wasn’t even there. After 1-2 weeks I called the dealership to see what was up with the car and was informed that it would be delivered the next day. I then get a call at 9 the following morning asking if I could come in at 11:15. WITHOUT THE CAR BEING THERE. It finally arrived at 5:45 after being told it would then be there by 3, then 4, then 5 and finally 5:45 when it arrived with 2 HUGE scratches on the driver side door that are cover in the pictures with their “New arrival” banner even after I asked if the car had any issues. They were real quick to call me multiple times a day before then but I haven’t heard from them since.

Typical car dealer BS! Tried to get me the highest payment possible instead of making sure I got a good deal. I’m thankful that I had the pre-approval. The deal they quoted me with would have cost me an additional $6k! Also they add on several thousand in add ons like a tire warranty, tracking device, and a security warranty. Even though this was the exact car I was looking for, I couldn’t be confident that I was getting a decent deal so I walked away. The one good thing was Maria, my sales person. She was responsive and friendly.

The dealers website asked for a phone number or an email address to be contacted. I provided my email address and the first email response was asking for a phone number because they could not read their emails. Either employee is ignorant or lying. Companies website is misleading. Employees sent numerous emails as a follow up after I responded that it was unfortunate that we couldn’t do business together because they couldn’t read my emails.
