Everything was ok But they need more transparency on the trade in but other than that ok

Had told them that I was traveling down 5 hours, got there and car was not ready. They said it was going to be ready on Friday and this was Sunday. They said vehicle had had the Toyota inspection, but car was trash. Shocks were bad, door panels caving in, tires were cracked and defining safe. Would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Sales associate had no understanding about the car and didn’t do his research to have a meaningful conversation

I came from Bakersfield to the car lot to see a BMW z4 from Bakersfield to L.A area. Called before I went the dealer told me the car was there . But had sold . I told him I had $2000 to put down he assured me something to be worked out I told him I didn't want no dry run but that's a long ways to go for nothing ! Got me down there . And wanted more money down the car I wanted wasn't there so he tried to sell me one that was a hell of a lot more cost me all that money to get down there with gas prices the way they are for nothing I won't be doing no business with these people I don't like someone that can't tell the truth I just don't trust them I would suggest you do the same
