Got all requested documents before driving there. Car exactly as described. Clean, inspected, driven, gassed up….purchased. Very happy with it. Sales and finance team listened to me. No hassles. A pleasure to work with. Recommended.

The dealers website asked for a phone number or an email address to be contacted. I provided my email address and the first email response was asking for a phone number because they could not read their emails. Either employee is ignorant or lying. Companies website is misleading. Employees sent numerous emails as a follow up after I responded that it was unfortunate that we couldn’t do business together because they couldn’t read my emails.

Typical car dealer BS! Tried to get me the highest payment possible instead of making sure I got a good deal. I’m thankful that I had the pre-approval. The deal they quoted me with would have cost me an additional $6k! Also they add on several thousand in add ons like a tire warranty, tracking device, and a security warranty. Even though this was the exact car I was looking for, I couldn’t be confident that I was getting a decent deal so I walked away. The one good thing was Maria, my sales person. She was responsive and friendly.

Easily the worst dealer experience I have ever had in my life, if there is a vehicle you want at another dealership for more money please do yourself the favor and spend the money. First time I scheduled a test drive I was 20 minutes in from my hour drive before I was called and informed the car wasn’t even there. After 1-2 weeks I called the dealership to see what was up with the car and was informed that it would be delivered the next day. I then get a call at 9 the following morning asking if I could come in at 11:15. WITHOUT THE CAR BEING THERE. It finally arrived at 5:45 after being told it would then be there by 3, then 4, then 5 and finally 5:45 when it arrived with 2 HUGE scratches on the driver side door that are cover in the pictures with their “New arrival” banner even after I asked if the car had any issues. They were real quick to call me multiple times a day before then but I haven’t heard from them since.

Ritchie was it? She contacted me quickly and was able to give all details and respond to my requests that needed upper management overview. Very punctual. Unfortunately unable to close a deal but i will keep her in mind if i ever cross anything at relating to the dealership
