Great low pressure experience. Had things ready for my appointment and made the whole process from test drive to model comparison easy. Very knowledgable about the vehicles and was a smooth experience discussing pricing and finance options. Much better than other volvo dealers I went to in person. SCAM ALERT — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. CARZ 88 AUTO has absolutely no credibility. This dealership is a complete joke. I was lied to by a salesperson named Will, who confirmed an appointment and told me to come in. I drove all the way there, only to find the place completely empty — not a single employee, not a single explanation. This is beyond unprofessional. It shows a total lack of respect for customers and zero business ethics. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this place. There are plenty of honest dealers out there — this is NOT one of them.

Dealership wanted $7,000 - $10,000 over MSRP. They did not want to work with me to get a deal done. Don’t recommend this dealership. Stay away from this place!
