Both the sales person and the sales manager were responsive. Contacted me when a car arrived I was interested in and worked with me to get to a fair deal.

Didn’t like the experience. I explained my situation prior to viewing the vehicle and my bad encounters with other sales rep at other dealers I went to, the sales rep sounded very understanding and advised to go ahead and apply for the finance. I told him exactly what I was putting down as a down payment nothing more. After he processed the application he stated I was approved and confirmed my down payment. Once I went to look at the vehicle, test drive and was ready to sign off on the deal he said oh btw your down payment is double than what you said you were going to put! ( while he is eating a messy donut on his desk while conducting business) Very unacceptable and the fact that you ran my credit and initially confirmed my down payment amount is NOT how you do business! I left never went back and had the nerve to text me the next day to see if I found a car! ‍♀️ I will never recommend anyone there.

I trusted Adam. Big mistake. Be careful before you commit to purchase a vehicle from Carget Cars. There is a hidden agenda that you have to guard yourself from. Car was advertised 1,400 miles less than the actual mileage on odometer. My car's air conditioning is not working. Alternator is dead. There is mechanical code showing that one of the pistons is failing. Mirror on driver side was broken. Just a genuine disappointment. I have to fix the car now because I bought it for my nephew's commute to a community college. Not sure how can someone lie to you straight out without feeling a pinch of compassion and empathy for the buyer. Good luck and wish you the best in your used car search.
