I purchased the car and because of the expertise of a great sales associate, Allan Palmer, received both the state and federal rebates towards the purchase price. One onfthe best car purchase experiences I've had in 60 years of buying cars from many different dealers.

They provided an initial reply, but never followed up despite multiple attempts by me. Fortunately, I was able to buy a similar vehicle at a nearby dealership, as I was hoping to purchase in Eastern CT. Must be too busy to sell just another $40k car...

This was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. I went to the dealership and took the Car for a test drive and decided to buy the car. Since we had never bought a car in Massachusetts there were a lot of issues we had to go through which is a state problem not a dealership issue, but the dealership made it as difficult as possible. Everything communication that had to happen after the car was bought had to go through the sales person we bought the car from. He would then text us but never call us for answers and when we had questions he did not have answers. It would have been way more effective to have the person who needed information give us a call versus always using a middle man. I will never buy a car from them again.

Excellent experience. Staff was kind and beyond helpful. I called to inquire about a sonata that hadn’t had any pictures uploaded yet, and Ingrid went out of her way to send me pictures of the vehicle from her own phone. Lisa was incredibly helpful as well. Fantastic customer service. If you’re looking for a Hyundai this is the place to go.

Replied promptly and with an offer for me to come for a test drive, but it turned out not to be the vehicle I was looking for.
