Hyundai dealerships near me (New Haven, CT)

Very poor service. I tried contacting the dealership about a car that I wanted to have shipped to a different state and they wouldn’t get back to me. I called 6 times over a week and dealt with 3 different sales people to try and get the information I needed and still haven’t received it. On my 7th attempt the line was dead like they had blocked my number.

Ondre is honest, not pushy. He is easy to work with.

Went to look at an orange 2021 Ford Raptor. The vehicle was gross inside. Everything is stuck. Smells like cigarette smoke. The passenger seat has a 3 inch burn mark on it. The dashboard above the glove box is melted. I couldn’t really see while driving it because the headlights were not pointing straight. They were pointing down at the ground. When I brought the truck back, a roach crawled out of the dashboard. Plastics trim behind the grill was broken. I mentioned all of this to Liana, the salesman and ask to lower the price of the truck. She said she’d ask her manager. After 2 days of waiting, I got a response and they are not willing to work on the price. So I asked if they’d fix the issues and I’ll pay the price they are asking. Hours later I was told no. They will not fix anything and will not lower the price. Also the truck was in an accident with reported moderate damage. I will never shop for a car here again. They clearly don’t care about the customer. Just about selling
