Hyundai dealerships near me (Lilburn, GA)

They do not like for you to have your own financing, if you do they don’t work with you to make it convenient for you to use. I live over an 1 1/2 hr away from this location, and they did not work to help create a seamless/stress free process for me. They refused to let me have the bank overnight the check for my purchase, I ended up having to take off work to bring the check to them, as they kept calling saying the car might be gone but the time I arrived. I got there and the Mazda cx5 wouldn’t even start. The battery was dead and the check engine light was on. Instead of trying to see if they could identify any internal problems, they wanted to try and jump the car off and have me drive it off the lot, without actually fixing the problem. I ended up cancelling the transaction and requesting my den payment back.The customer service I experienced was truly discouraging, I also never heard back from the General Manager for this location after leaving a message. Buyer beware :-(

The process of dealing with Ed Voyles Hyundai was painful and unnecessary. I had my own financing approved and let them know my zip code in the very first contact sent to them. Here's a list of the red flags I experienced: discrepancies between what was advertised on the dealership website and third party sites. -Discrepancy between number of previous owners advertised vs. what CarFax said (2 vs. 3 owner) -Getting an out-the-door price with everything listed took several asks -Was told they could beat my approved financing rate, later said they don't accept out-of-state and wanted me to take their financing at a rate 1.6% higher -Charge a $98.50 "filing" fee (unadvertised) on top of their $800 doc fee -Lied about price increase of $100 due to taxes being miscalculated, was actually them just raising filing fee to $198.50 because I was out of state, bringing the "paperwork" fees to nearly $1000. I wouldn't buy from them if they were 5 minutes away.

No unnecessary stuff. They gave me MSRP. Gave me the quote immediately. Added the rebates and discounts that applied to my situation. Broke down every single line and what it meant. Did not push hard to by the car. Nadia gave me the entire run down for every single feature of the car, even celebrated with me in getting it. Finance department (which did beat my credit union's rate) did take an hour to get to me which wasn't surprising since they had so many customers. Finance guy was fantastic. Overall amazing experience. Ask for Nadia!
