Aria was nice kind and very professional… She took her time to help me make up my mind from the BMW 2010 Series convertible to the 2016 Candy Apple red Wangler Jeep… because it has less mileage and I have a daughter that moved to Florida and in informed me that the Vehicle could get me there with no problem… So she made my decision to purchase that vehicle… So I want to thank Aria for taking the time out in showing me patient with trying to do the paperwork online that’s something a senior citizen like myself has not learned much job so thank you again area and thank you, Auto Max for hiring a great excellent beautiful sales person area. Bought the car a week ago. Still waiting for delivery. Different excuse every day. I offered to come get the car, but they wanted me to do it for free! Not even reimburse my shipping fee! Go somewhere else!!!

I called he said the car was available I asked could I come see it he said he would call back never heard from him again

Had the car i wanted to purchase inspected and it needed coolant flush, 2 bck tires rotten, shocks needed to be replaced, and an alignment..and til wanted me to pay 16k after they fix everything..then I would have to take back to my mechanic to verify the replacements are not used and was done...i even provided pictures...no thank you..but customer service was pretty good. Do your own inspection before purchasing any used car!! A MUST
