Great experience in purchasing a car

Franz was extremely helpful. He answered my questions promptly and thoroughly and worked very hard for me. He's a real pro and I'd do business with him any day.

They are very unprofessional, I test drove this car and when my money was right I texted, emailed several times and didn't get a response. I had to test them and ask them if again if the car was sold and ask them if I should go to another dealership. That's when I got a respond telling me it sold the night I drove it. It took 4 days for someone to respond. Not cool.
