Unfortunately, the General Sales Manager in my opinion ignors the messages sent to him and does not response to questions addressed to him; but on the other hand the Sales Consultant (Mr. Alfredo) is co-operative and I give him high rate for his excellent responsibility towards customers.

Typical car dealer BS! Tried to get me the highest payment possible instead of making sure I got a good deal. I’m thankful that I had the pre-approval. The deal they quoted me with would have cost me an additional $6k! Also they add on several thousand in add ons like a tire warranty, tracking device, and a security warranty. Even though this was the exact car I was looking for, I couldn’t be confident that I was getting a decent deal so I walked away. The one good thing was Maria, my sales person. She was responsive and friendly.

Got all requested documents before driving there. Car exactly as described. Clean, inspected, driven, gassed up….purchased. Very happy with it. Sales and finance team listened to me. No hassles. A pleasure to work with. Recommended.
