Albert at Evolving Motors is amazing! Says fair price but I say it is a great price! FSD was included and that by itself is expensive or you pay additional $200 a month. Great dealership, quick responses, easy to work with and overall a great experience. Would recommend Albert and Evolving Motors for anyone looking for their next EV if you’re looking for a beautiful and good quality EV. All the vehicles there are gorgeous. No dealer markup bs fees. Straight forward pricing and honest. It was a pleasure working with Albert and for sure will be buying next one there too!

Unprofessional. The sales team is deficient in automotive experience and etiquette. They called 5 times in one day (I did not answer). I asked for documentation showing what they did to the car. My request an OTD price showing no add ons was ignored via text. Most egregious— the dealership tries to pass off a reconditioning report on a customer facing invoice with no costs, no service receipts, and nothing about what was approved or denied. I doubt any work was done on the car. This dealer could not even list the oil grade used. Pathetic. Incredibly amateurish and sloppy by any measure. CONCLUSION: They created an aura of mistrust and failed to address my concerns in a satisfactory manner. There is clearly no process. Repeated requests for the rep to go speak with their manager was ignored. I felt like I was dealing with kids from college. Sales reps have to be the most inexperienced I've ever dealt with. I'm glad I never set foot in the place.

Great communication, had the car in front waiting for me. Would definitely buy, again with them.
