Made an appointment on a Tuesday late afternoon for the following morning at 11AM. When we arrived, the sales rep informed us that the car sold the night before . Even with an appointment Made,they didn't call me and when asked why they didn't, they acted as if that is not their responsibility. Very unprofessional in my view.

This dealership using this website to lure customers and add thousands of dollars on top off published price and you leave with 20 to 25 % price increase as dealer fees and warranty and certifications cost and all kinds of stuff, stay away from them and save your time and money

I sent all information on my trade. Many,many pictures multiple times. The estimator gave me a range. I drove about an hour. My car is immaculate. And they offered me $2000 below the minimum of the range. I have pictures to share with anyone who doubts me. I had an appointment so they knew i was coming. Their offer came up to the minimum range which I was fully prepared to accept when I got there. The trust was gone. Another dealer gave me $2000 over piazza's minimum offer and I did my deal there. It was for the best. I guess I should thank them. I got a nicer car and a much better deal somewhere else. I felt piazza did not communicate with their initial team members. I don't really think it was a bait and switch. I hope.

Very customer oriented people, pleasant and helpful. Still price is slightly over MSRP.
