They responded immediately, by email and message. Very polite and respectful. I decided not to purchase because the XLT model will not appear as a 2025 and felt funny buying an automobile model that's no longer in production

Horrible customer service was told the car was available 5 minutes later got a callback it wasn’t available to look at due to service inspection & would receive a callback when that was done which I never received. Then I contacted them again someone set me up with appointment to come look at it that day (4pm) 5 minutes laters got a call saying the car was sold…. I will never do business with them

They called me to schedule aaappointment for a test drive at 1:00. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come out and talk to me. After waiting another 10 minutes the car salesman came back and told me that the car was sold. What a waste of my day.

The price the dealer lists is not accurate pricing, and their staff is not very helpful. I asked simple questions like about damage reported on carfax and the sales rep said they cannot share any of that information with me... I clarified I am not asking for information about the last owner, but that did not help any. Then I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager asked if i am a student or a veteran, etc. when I said no, the price was increased by $3000

The car was as advertise my time there everyone was great when it came to providing services to me when it came to the price of the car we where able to meet each other at a outstanding price I really felt like I was truly be treated with respect and not a pond sometimes dealers could make the buying process make you feel just like a number in there mind so you leave feeling happy and sad at the same time when I left the dealership I left with confidence because I knew I’ve made a purchase which is great for me and the wife so I truly appreciate my time there and I hope the great service there will continue!
