However, the dealer employs questionable tactics by advertising one price but then requires customers to purchase unnecessary “options” to increase msrp by thousands of dollars. Make sure to check reviews as several customers have similar experience. Hendrick’s response to “contact dealers to discuss” is a common theme and is evidence that they are aware of the issue yet continue to participate in misleading customers. Plenty of other dealers in the DMV. Don’t waste time with Hendrick.

We called them and received completely incorrect information. Called 2nd time, and requested a short video of car which they said they would do; have heard nothing since. Seems very disorganized.

Dealer rep answered my first request, but never followed up when I asked additional questions. I eventually bought a car elsewhere.

Purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport from Honda of Owings Mills. I ended up getting a really good deal. My Son loves his new Civic Sport. The sales and financing personnel were professional and pretty honest (ask for salesman, Brandon Locke, he is a good dude). As a customer, I really appreciated those characteristic traits.
