Dealerships near me (Greenwood, IN)

Very nice experience but they had the wong car initially from what I found on this site. They had the car I wanted also right in front and the transaction was smooth from there. Happy so far 2 weeks later!

I contacted the dealer on a Wednesday, and shared all my contact information and address. I made an appointment to see the vehicle for Saturday at 10am. They sent me a text msg asking me to confirm my appt on Thursday, I confirmed. They sent me a reminder on Friday by text msg about the appt. Saturday morning, I drove over 50 miles to the dealer to see the car. They had sold it the evening before and never contacted me. I'm giving them one star, because I can't give zero stars. I'll never do business with this dealer again.

They were very helpful but when I wanted to make an offer on the vehicle I wanted, I was then informed that the vehicle was going to be used for a program to help someone purchase it with bad credit. Very confusing and frustrating.

The communication was great as was the follow through even though we didn’t come together on a final price it was a good experience.
