Fox valley did a great job we had an issue but they where stand-up guys and made sure to take care of it right away. Great job guys!

They changed the price by doubling it once we got to the dealer, even though the car had a crack in the windshield that was spreading and had a terrible smell of cigarettes. They were extremely rude when asked about those issues and started forcing use to finance the car and insulted us when we told him no. Terrible service.

Had a good test ride with the sales rep. Made an offer and sales representative was to get back to me within a couple days. When they got back with us sales rep stated car had been sold. This was not true as an inside sales rep called a day later and said the vehicle was still available. Received a second call a day later stating car was still available. Car showed back up on CarGurus and their website and had been marked up another thousand dollars. Disappointing that we were not given honest statements. I would’ve much rather they stated they did not except our offer and moved on. I would not recommend the dealership to any of my friends.

They run my credit to 5 banks as hard enquiry and they told me I was approved by Santander bank. I was agree and told them I was coming from Illinois with 40% downpayment. In the middle of the road Josh Talaski called and told me they sold the car to someone else. Believe me these people have the worst customer service.
