GMC dealerships near me (Indianapolis, IN)

Absolutely terrible. They were argumentative telling me my bank was lying to me about my loan after all I had to do was pick out the car I wanted and get the rest of the paperwork finished. They were saying that the price listed on this site was actually wrong and they were trying to scam me out of 6000 more dollar than the total value of the vehicles worth. My friend at the bank who was helping me through the financing process ran the vehicle through JD Power and told me the maximum value should be no more than 21 and that’s what I offered and they said they wouldn’t do anything less than 26k would never recommend this place to anyone.

There were numerous issues with the condition of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. The tires didn’t have much life left in them. There was an undisclosed smoke smell that was partially covered by “new car smell” and burn holes in the upholstery as well as large chips in the plastic trim on the outside of the vehicle. They were unwilling to take any of this into account with their pricing/negotiation. Additionally they were very stingy with our trade-in, telling us before appraisal we would likely not get much at all. The car we attempted to test drive only had 14 miles of gas left in the tank and they declined to put any more in before we went for our test drive. Couldn’t get over how unwelcome and undervalued we felt as customers there. We went to another dealership where we were given exceptional service, a fantastic deal, a great trade-in value, a tank of gas and a car wash with our deal. So thankful we went elsewhere.

We had an awesome experience at Ed Martin Buick GMC of Anderson! William was an incredible salesperson. He was very quick to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them!) The truck was exactly as described and in great condition. Their fees totaled $250 and another dealership we looked at was at $1200. The truck was priced below KBB and they offered the most for our trade. They went the extra mile by making sure it had thorough clean and filling up the gas tank. Everyone we interacted with- William, the sales manager, and the finance manager- was kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend! We are truly grateful for such an incredible truck-buying experience!
