Did NOT have the vehicle listed on their site without pictures. Made several
attempts to get pictures and they finally told me they were "expecting" the
truck in. The old "Bait & Switch" - get them to the dealer them try to sell
them something they actually have.
I don't deal with Swindlers!

Made it very clear I was ready to test drive & buy the vehicle and I didn't want to play games. I scheduled a time to come and was told to ask for the sales manager. He immediately pushed me off to a salesperson who was clueless (by no fault of his own) about any of my previous conversations with the person I had been speaking with for weeks. They started in on the wheel & deal game. No time for that since I had a 3 year old to entertain...Which again, I had made clear to the other person I had been speaking with. In the end, we agreed on a fair price but then had to wait another hour before the car was ready. Overall, not the worst experience I've had buying a car but also not in the top 5 best experiences either.

This dealer will bait you out to their dealership, and pull the old switcheroo on you. I phoned in to check out a vehicle on the lot. 30 minutes out from the dealership I called in to verify everything was ok still, and to come out to see the car still. I was told to come in and everything was fine. 5 minutes later I was alerted via text message that the car was JUST sold, but immediately had other options of cars DOUBLE the price. Already let those at my work place know about this ordeal, and I will not be contacting this dealership for any purchases again.
