Salesperson didn't seem to really want to work with me or listen. He didn't ask me what kind of payment range I was looking for. I will not be going back

Had a bad experience with a competitor dealership locally. Almost stopped my search process. Decided to give Hare a chance. Fernando was great. Great experience -- except the long wait for finance. Typical for all car dealers. I was paying cash. Why a cash transaction takes two hours to complete is mind-numbing but since it is true in every car transaction -- I can only assume not many people walk out after finding the car they want.

Dealer was responsive and gave me quotes via text and email which was nice cuz most dealers won’t even talk numbers unless you are there

Slow at responding to the email and once they made contact ,a car salesman called a hour later (Darrel) I tried to make a trade seem as if he was to busy and said he would call me on Monday . I guess I am not sure which Monday because he has not called and its been a week guess they do not what to sale inventory .

A loaded 14 vet was advertised at 48 k on cargurus. Drove 120 miles to dealer. Salesman said it was 53k. I was not doing business with a dealer that treated customer this way so I drove 120 miles home.

I requested information. I never receive any. I spoke on the phone with them and again requested information. I was told the vehicle was available and that they would send the information. I never receive any information.

Never answered my question. Didn't provide the pictures I requested. Only wanted my phone number so they could talk to me and pressure me in to buying something. When i refused to give my number they stoped communicating. We bought a better Cadillac someplace else. They lost our business for the 3rd time.

Quick response via website. However, car had more work than what dealership wanted to fix. Sent vehicle back to auction before I could see it and wanted me to look at a vehicle almost double the price and not what I was looking for.

Hare Chevrolet was a poor experience. Test drove the vehicle, agreed on a price. I was then told that the vehicle still had to go through service. The vehicle did not pass service and was pulled from the sale. I inquired as to why Hare Chevrolet would go through the trouble and expense to market a vehicle that was not ready to be sold? The vehicle was offered for sale on several different internet sites! What a waste of time.

This dealer was CONSTANTLY calling me. I only wanted to be contacted for price drops, but I was getting 2-3 phone calls EVERY day from different people. I even got a call after I called them back and asked them to stop calling.

I received a timely response from the dealership. I was a little disappointed that the virtual sales person attempted to use a "hard sell" tactic via e-mail, but at least there was a prompt reply. I did visit the dealership but did not speak with a salesperson. I went looking for the vehicle I inquired about but could not locate it on the lot. However, that same vehicle was still listed as being available for sale the following week.

I set up an appointment to see a specific car. I drove over 30 minutes to get there, and when I arrived they told me the car had already sold. It was quite frustrating.

I had test drove the 2008 accord, went to take trade and the sold it out from under me 20 min before I got there, never even called me to tell me this.. So no I was not a happy camper! I was going to buy this car. They pulled it up for me and wham! Sold from under me.... Very poor

They salesman are easy to work with and understanding of your needs. I worked along with Corbin Richards at hare Chevrolet and he helped make the process go very smooth. If you are looking for a car or truck I recommend stopping in to Hare Cheverolet in noblesville,in and getting the care or truck you deserve. Their non- pushy employees will help you out and you leaving satisfied.

Interesting sales technique. Called in to ask question about a car. Salesperson told me they didn't have answer, but would check and call me back in 10-15 minutes. took my number. that was two days ago and still waiting.

I was not a local customer, but inquired about one of their used cars. The customer service was superior. All of my questions were answered timely, as well as photographs of the vehicle sent to me. The dealer was honest when the car didn't pass their inspection report. Too much work was needed to re-sell, so it was sent to an auction. They could have sold it to me, but they did the right thing. That is nice service.
