Definitely pros and cons. They ordered a new part for my car to make sure it was in perfect condition, but the lack of communication was a little frustrating. Overall a good experience

They got back to me quickly. The car I inquired about sold but I ended up buying a comparable car from them. Fast, friendly service

I made my mind up 100% I was buying this truck but the salesman was so bad I backed out of the deal. He acted offended that I made an offer and was making smart remarks. After I backed out from my offer they lowered the price of truck to my offer. A manager never followed up with me why the deal went bad. Also obvious salesman was lying about things and dragging his feet.

Called about the truck that is listed on CarGurus - they did not have that truck, salesman called back after I told him what I was looking for, and he followed a few days later with a message that they had a different truck. I called three times, but no response - and the truck they no longer have is still listed for sale on the app.
