I went there unannounced with cash in hand to purchase in full . They had me waiting 45 minutes and the car couldn’t start . It had electrical issues. I was told by “Emin” he would call me when he get it running, He never called even tho I reached out because I was still interested. I then got way better service at another dealer

Terrible experience. The car salesman lied about the car being available just to sell the car, I had to continuously call and text him just for the salesman to leave me on read. When I told him about the buying process, he wanted a downpayment on TOP OF CASH! Then he added or the dealership a credit check he knew I didn’t want to do or get approved for! Rambling about how he doesn’t like working with specific credit unions just to waste my time and gas to test drive vehicles I couldn’t even purchase that day. Stay away from this dealership Woodbridge ford, scam likely, and money hungry. I still can’t believe that they’re operating lying like that to customers. Jesse was the salesman at Woodbridge Ford. Tried to sell me a 2016 Audi Q3 with 100k miles plus for my first car…
