Ford dealerships near me (Saint Louis, MO)

Great customer service was greeted as soon as I walked in. Wasted no time test driving the car before starting the car buying process. Drove off the lot with the car on the same day. Will definitely go back for another car and will recommend schicker ford to other people

The staff was on point with appointment times! Met me at the door with My Durango parked up front! Went through the formalities and paperwork and went thru with the test drive and a little while later I was in financing wrapping up my purchase! They also got me financed thru my financial institution for a lower a rate so yeah... Weber Ford is the truth with me!!!

My experience was absolutely amazing. Very easy to navigate. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Micheal was very nice and helpful and make sure I had everything that I needed and more.

Came down test drove the truck i was interested in was told couldn't purchase that day because it hadn't been through inspection/ repair process and would be contacted as soon as it was done. They sold it without contacting me will not be back!

My experience with the staff leaves much to be desired. The main issue was with the vehicle being washed prior to my arrival to pick up. When I arrived, I was told the car had been washed. Upon inspection, it was apparent that this was not true. The salesman was not very concerned about it but took it to be cleaned. This took about 30 minutes. When it was returned, it still had not been cleaned, the mats were still in the trunk and the chrome was still dusty. An employee passing by asked if there was a problem. I explained it to him and he took it and we had to wait about 30 minutes again. The salesman was not very apologetic. In fact, since the sale had been made, he didn’t seem to be concerned at all. I will never return here for anything.

This dealership is so wonderful. The staff was so amazingly helpful, kind, and patient. This was my first time at a dealership so I had no idea what I was doing. Kyle walked us through everything, was so positive and knowledgeable and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. I love my used car, I feel like im rich!

Staff very helpful,

Horrible time with dealer. Bait and switch. Sent to wrong address, found the vehicle sold when I arrived.

Nevaeh was really good and was patient with me waiting until I decided what to do about purchasing the car. I am happy with my purchase.
