Promised a call back and got a run around! I do not advise dealing with this dealership. They ran my credit, and never called back. You should not have to initiate contact back to a sales person or director of finance for a response! Buyer be warned

Scheduled an appointment for 9am. They confirmed this appointment several times and that the specific vehicle and a specialist would be ready promptly at 9 and asked several times for me to update them if I was going to be late. I showed up right at 9am only to find out that they double booked the appointment and the. other person beat me by 5 minutes (before they open at 9am??). I had scheduled this appointment at 9 so that I would ensure I was the first person to look at the vehicle, as I planned on purchasing if all went well. The other customer bought the vehicle while the dealer proceeded to bait and switch me while gaslighting me, questioning why I didn't want the white model that had 20k extra miles. "But the wheels are black!" Their BDC manager who scheduled the appointment responded to my followup email stating that he had no way of knowing they double booked and thats just the nature of things. FYI - BDC Managers/Agents get paid for every appointment that show up...
