This dealer was the most helpful and understanding of all dealers we have visited. They were professional, courteous, followed up on all our questions and most of all were willing to actually do business and create avenues for us to purchase the car. I give Sanford Ford a 10 out of 10. I would go back to buy a car there at anytime.

I had a good experience with the employees at Crossroads Ford. The vehicle still needed to be prepared for sale and they offered to ship the car to me as I lived two hours away .

Can not recommend Lafayette Ford. Correspondence with the internet person (JENN) was good. I looked everywhere to try to find this vehicle to test drive. Got a trade-in estimate that was just a little lower than what I had seen on KBB. But if I liked the car, I thought we were only about $700 apart. I drove 4.5 hours (each way) to get there. looked at the vehicle. Test drove it. And while it was not as big in cargo area as I wanted- I thought it might work. We were essentially at less than $700.00 apart. Sales manager came in and he was a cocky, arrogant jerk. He pretty much said take it or leave it- so I left it. I wrote a negative review on their facebook page-General manager said please call to discuss- I called 2 times and he never returned the call. I would not recommend them in any way!
