I recommend this dealer to everyone! My experience from my first conversation with them was extenuating! They offered me airport pick up. But, before that they offered me a walkthrough of the car in question to save me money and unnecessary flight to their location. Now! That’s service… One Love to them!!! Keep up the excellent service…

Literally impossible to get in contact with, was completely ignored numerous times by the salesmen. Have you ever had to spend a whole week to get an appraisal for your trade in? On top of that with the offer being 8k below market value?

They responded to me and that's a plus. Some dealers don't respond

I could describe the experience in one word..........."UNACCOMODATING" ---My experiences in the past dealing with dealership personnel was always helpful and their taking the extra steps to ensure a satisfying and considerate approach in "closing the deal" with me. That was certainly not the case here. They were very abrupt and unaccomodating !! They showed no interest in working to meet me half way nor to lessen the inconvenience of me being an out-of-state purchaser.........."VERY UNPROFESSIONAL", to say the least. I can see how their dealership received a low rating. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone and that's unfortunate because I really liked the Chevy Trax that I had chosen to purchase.
